This notice explains what personal information No Notes Self Tapes collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
No Notes Self Tapes is a trading name of Soup of Light Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17314200), registered office 28 Pondfield Road, Farncombe GU7 3JS. Soup of Light Limited is the data controller for the information described here.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Sides and tapes are often confidential. We use them only to coach you, never share them, and never use them as examples. We delete copies within 30 days of your session or notes, or sooner if you ask. Sessions are not recorded unless you ask us to and we both agree.
We use a small number of services to run the business. They process information on our behalf and only as we instruct:
Some of these companies store data outside the UK, mainly in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK-approved safeguards such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contractual clauses.
We never sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month. Every email from the mailing list has an unsubscribe link.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when the page loads. If you book a session or join the list, Cal.com, Stripe and Kit may set cookies needed for those services to work.
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll tell mailing list subscribers.
