These terms apply when you book a session, Tape Notes, a course or a workshop with No Notes Self Tapes. By booking, you agree to them.
No Notes Self Tapes is a trading name of Soup of Light Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17314200), registered office 28 Pondfield Road, Farncombe GU7 3JS. Contact: [email protected]. Coaching is delivered by Will Green.
All bookings are paid in full when you book. Prices are in pounds sterling. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
Will is a working actor. Very occasionally an audition or booking may clash with a session. If we ever need to move a session, we'll tell you as soon as possible and you can choose a new time or a full refund. If we cancel a course, you'll get a full refund.
If you're booking as an individual, UK law usually gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because our services are booked for specific times, often within those 14 days, you agree when booking that we can start the service straight away. You keep the right to cancel within 14 days of booking, but once a service has been fully provided, that right ends. If you cancel after a service has started but before it's complete, we'll refund the part not yet provided. Nothing in these terms affects your other statutory rights.
Discount codes apply only to the products and dates stated with them, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be applied after purchase.
We'll give you our honest, experienced view and work hard to help you make the strongest tape you can. Casting decisions are made by others, so we can't guarantee any audition result, recall or booking.
We treat your sides, tapes and anything you tell us about a project as confidential. We won't share them, and we won't coach on a role Will is auditioning for himself. If that ever comes up, we'll let you know and refund or reschedule. See the privacy notice for how we handle your information.
Course materials, slides and notes are for your own use. Please don't share, record or republish them without permission. In group sessions, please treat other actors' work and material as confidential too.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
